Subscription Terms

Cloud Talent PTE. LTD. is a Singapore based company that provides training and programs to identify opportunities and improve results. Get Hired OS is a Service from Cloud Talent PTE. LTD. Get Hired OS, including any training, workshops and tools is hereafter referred to as the “Service”.

These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) govern your subscription relationship with Cloud Talent PTE. LTD. (the “Provider”, “us”, “we”, or “our”).

By subscribing to the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and accept all legal consequences. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, please do not use the Service.

1. Subscription Plans

Get Hired OS offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing tiers. The specific features, limitations, and pricing for your chosen plan are displayed on our website and during the subscription process.

Plan Features:

  • Access to the Get Hired OS platform and tools

  • Training materials and resources

  • Workshop access (depending on plan tier)

  • Customer support

2. Billing and Payment

Billing Cycles

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Payment Method

You must provide a valid payment method to subscribe to the Service. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at your next billing cycle. Continuing to use the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through our billing portal:

Cancellation Effect

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period

  • You will retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period

  • No further charges will be made to your payment method

  • You will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining time in your billing period

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To request a refund, please contact our support team.

4. Account Management

Updating Billing Information

You can update your payment method, billing address, and other billing information at any time through the billing portal. It is your responsibility to maintain current and accurate billing information.

Changing Your Plan

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan through the billing portal. Changes to your plan will take effect according to the following:

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle

  • Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing cycle

5. Service Access and Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance

  • Emergency repairs

  • Technical difficulties

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will not be liable for any interruption of service or loss of data resulting from service unavailability.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions

  • Fraudulent or illegal activity

  • Non-payment of subscription fees

  • Abuse of the Service or other users

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, we may retain your data as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Subscription Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and notify you of significant changes.

Your continued use of the Service after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Talent PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your subscription or use of the Service.

10. General Terms

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
